They had to fire the service manager due to very inept ability. No following up and took months before a simple door installed after I called and emailed multiple times.
The product is great and the installation was excellent with a very professional crew. However there was a disconnect between the sales rep that ultimately cost us thousands of dollars. It was extremely disappointing as we had used Champion before in Cincinnati where the sales rep was superb. We have waited 7 months before providing this negative review in the hope that they would resolve this dispute, however ultimately it was ignored.
