We're have issues with communication. No one is responding, I'm very unhappy with this situation!
My order was late arriving, 4 out of 4 visits (sales, measure, install x 2) there was no mask wearing, wrong door ordered so I have a sheet hanging in my bedroom until the replacement arrives, they didn’t bring a handle for my front door so had to return the next day.
Signed paperwork on August 13, 2020 with a promise to have installation done within 8 weeks. Installation was done Christmas week and completed the last week of December 2020 - 4.5 months after signing the paperwork and more than 3 months late.
They messed up the measurements on my window. When I reached out, no one called me back even after several attempts. When the windows finally came 6 weeks later, they were wrong. Then, I had to wait another 8 weeks with no communication. I finally received an explanation as to why they were late, since the gentleman who handled my sale had left the company, but I am very unsatisfied. My parents also have not received their referral check after having referred me in May 2020.
Follow-up has been awful.
