Horrible experience this time
The company failed on many accounts.
I purchased windows in October. The windows were supposed to be installed in January. I ordered 4 windows and one was mismeasured. Took all windows back and when the replacement window for the mismeasured window arrived Champion lost my 3 other windows. Took 8 months to have installed.
Significant delays in receiving windows, cancelled on installation on the day of twice in a row. A complete lack of assistance in scheduling our windows. A gentleman told me to call him back same day for a scheduling conflict and I never got ahold of him again. Tried calling the office several times with no answer, had to have a national customer service representative patch me into the office so I could talk to them
Incredibly slow—still don’t have my screens. No straight answers.
I have been waiting since last July for a repair and I have not heard from anyone. Champion is not going to take care of the problems that I have.
