I will never recommend this company. I will share my experience with any and all people that is in the market for windows and sunrooms. Two family members just purchased new homes with interest in a sunroom. However, not from Champion since they have watched my whole experience with this company. I wish someone would have warned us.

The quality of the work was outstanding although the job was left unclean. Our windows were not cleaned when they left. I talked with someone with Champion Windows about someone coming out to clean our windows, but I have yet to hear back from anyone.

The salesman was misleading and it took 5 months before the work actually started, but we were being billed the entire time. We had difficulty reaching anyone and just left random messages on different phone recordings. No one would return calls for like 3 months and of course there were lots of excuses.

While the salesman and installers were knowledgeable and friendly, due to the fact that the installation took longer than communicated and my door was damaged (and discovered after installation), then I was promised a new door before I submitted payment. Once they received payment, they decided they had to send a service manager out here first.
