Poor communication. Sold us windows then said they're not available in that size and we had to reselect.
The product (windows and doors) is great and the people were pleasant enough to work with. My dissatisfaction comes from the complete lack of communication during the time we were waiting on our front door to be re-done. The initial measurements were incorrect x3 times. We were also told that the new corrected door would be a "rush". The door was not installed until 9 months later. If I had not followed up often, I feel like we would still be waiting on the door. I have no intention of recommending Champion and outright discourage business with the company for multiple reasons. Please reference BBB Customer Compliant, MANY customer service calls and social media review. Our account and project file could be used as a very complete teaching basis for improvement across many company areas!
