They did what they were susposed to do in a timely fashon. They were courteous and professional in their manner. They acquiesced to my suggestions when installing the doors. I was satisfied with the installation.

I think that Danny Blevin's salesmanship was great. He was very knowledgeable of the product, and he sold me on the particular window I chose to have installed. Even though Champion Windows of Kansas City was not the lowest estimate I received, I decided to go with them anyway. I was not very pleased with the installation crew, though. Excellent sales rep who carefully quoted the job and explained everything to me. Work was started in a timely manner and was finished in a timely manner as well. The installation crew was very polite, pleasant and skilled. All the work was done to my complete satisfaction.

I have used Champion Windows for a very long time. They provided me with over 20 windows that look great and they built my sunroom and installed windows in there as well, which was what got me interested in the siding that I now have. Next I am going to have them do my roof. I am happy overall and the way they have my house looking now is just great.

Champion was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. They may have over estimated the magnitude of the job, but did a fantastic job of satisfying the customer's need.

Herb was knowledgeable and made excellent suggestions. The installation crew was fantastic. One of the sliding glass doors needed to be fixed and they did that for us.

I feel Champion Windows has an excellent product. The installation was terrific. The installers were great too work with and so was the sales staff. The installers were just great.
