Terrible customer service.
I would recommend Champion Windows and, in fact, have done so over the past few years.
I felt some high pressure to close the sale on the initial visit. Would have preferred a period of time to consider the estimate
The product is a good product. The team that supports it from the installation to the follow up leaves a GREAT deal to be desired!
KEYS DO NOT WORK
They are not timely. I signed on April 10th, and two months later, I don't have my stuff. I text daily and get different answers. I am still waiting.
