We’ve had nothing but problems from the start. You’re better off hiring an independent contractor or seeking other window companies. For what we’re paying for 5 basement windows and after the sales pitch, I expected a smooth, hassle-free install; it’s proven to be anything but that.

Not enough insulation with the windows installed. They should have been wrapped with insulation. That spray foam doesn’t cut it.

The whole process was very unorganized. They came to our house multiple times, and stated that we needed new windows. Then the last time they came out, they stated we didn't need new windows. After we had paid over half of the payment, they told us we only needed one part of the window replaced. They were not helpful in getting the process finished, period.

WINDOWS INSTALLED FIRST OF JULY. ONE GLASS CRACKED WITHIN A WEEK. HAS NOT BEEN REPLACED YET.

This is our 2nd experience with installing your windows. The first time, the kitchen bay window was improperly installed resulting in solid ice building up in the corners and back portion of the window. When I called, I was told it was 'condensation' which it clearly is not. The buildup is a great amount. This recently time, I understand about the representative having medical issues in the middle of the meeting.
