Quality product, sales team and installation. Many mistakes in window manufacturing, and very poor follow up on fixing the install issues. Took 1 month after the install of incorrect windows to get someone to call me back, and another two weeks to get the replacement windows ordered. Still waiting for 4 windows to be remade, and still missing our screens.
Still Have not completed the Job, since April 5. The windows was installed in the time I was told,, 6 weeks , but the wrapping of the Fascia/gutter and Rake board is still not installed.. The contract said 4 weeks from contract date which was April,5..
My windows are cracked and it will take a couple of months for me to get new windows.
Nothing with my installation went how I was told it would go. The supervisor said they would come back and check the work. They never showed up. The window has a leak.
I would not recommend them because it took way too long to get my windows installed and I felt like they kept putting it off.
