I was very satisfied with the professionalism of the company. The company is absolutely terrific and I don't think I have ever seen a better window. Also the wrapping around the house was done very professionally and very well. I would highly recommend Champion Windows of Macon.
The Champion Windows of Macon division manager, Michael Nungesser, and the factory representative, Brandon Fields, were both very professional and very easy to work with.

My overall experience was great. I think the quality of the workmanship was very satisfying. It was professionally done. The person who put in my windows did an excellent job.
I've had four different companies come out here and show me their product, and Champion Windows had the best product of all of them. They were 500 dollars more expensive than the next closest product in quality, but it was the best product.
Champion is a little bit higher than everyone else but after I look at the long term of what they have to offer and the quality of their product, I would most definitely recommend Champion Windows.
All the people involved were very professional polite and courteous. Everything was done in a timely manner with an installation crew that went above and beyond the expected levels of service to make sure that everything was to my satisfaction.
Signed contract in June 2025, August they came to install door, new door was the wrong size and was told it would take 6 - 8 weeks to get new door. They reordered the door and they finally came November 17th to install door and they had the incorrect molding for the door. I was told correct molding would be delivered to Champion that same week. I do like the look of the windows; however, thermal quality and street noise is not what I expected.
