Terrible response time, terrible customer service. Waited far longer than quoted and then had to call multiple times times over the span of 2 months to finally get someone who hunted our door down. Mismanaged and poor communicators. Had I read the BBB complaints before using them I would t have.
One window was totally changed because was built the wrong size then I was told the one I wanted couldn’t be built the size I needed.I requested an itemized bill to see exactly what I was paying for each window,never received one The installation crew (2 men) left glass in my driveway large pieces and also had a very small shard of glass on my bed where they took down my blind hardware and set it on my bed and when I picked it up it stuck in my finger.The window’s weren’t cleaned after install which for the price you pay I t... read more
I wasn't happy that the salesperson was no longer with the company when the installation started. I don't like that they started charging us before we got the product. The installation guys were good.

The great length of time to even get one job out of those requested to get done. And the woman "manning" the phone concerning the manner of a job implemented could be more professional and not argue over things.
I would not recommend Champion to anyone.
