I am having a lot of issues right now with Champion. The windows they installed are very good. I have no complaints about those, but I have seven windows across the front of my house, and they only installed six. When I questioned this, I was told that the contract called for six. This was misleading because I was under the impression that I was getting all the windows across the front of my house because I wanted them all to look the same. I have called them twice about a problem with my window, but I haven't received a response. GuildQuality was the first to call me back.
There were many missteps along the way during this process. My sales man initially told us the total install would take 3-4 weeks max. It took nearly 7 months. I only had 6 windows and a door installed around a porch. I couldn't imagine getting this company to install windows for an entire house, it would take years to complete! The length of time it took to complete my order was ridiculous. Coupled with no communication until I reached out to corporate.
