The windows are wonderful, it was just getting the windows that was the problem, and still we have a window that wasn't in right. it was just a big mess. and we still; have silicone marks around the window, just sloppy work.
They said they would be completed in 16 or 17 weeks. It took more than six months. They did not price the gutters and siding as I requested. They called and asked for an increase in the price of the contract by at least 50% that had nothing to do with the fact that they did not price what I requested. They were not willing to honor the contract. When the second contract was finally delivered for installation, the entire assembly of my front door was to be white. It wasn’t. Our last order/transactions with Champion have been a disaster. We ordered in Feb 2021 & still awaiting completion with ordered items. Also, warrantied items (2) are still pending!
Salesman lied about product offerings and worst customer service ever.
I have been calling for over a month because I need repair, and no one has called me back. They have an ugly attitude. I was calling every day, but I will contact my lawyer.
