All the people involved were very professional polite and courteous. Everything was done in a timely manner with an installation crew that went above and beyond the expected levels of service to make sure that everything was to my satisfaction.
Signed contract in June 2025, August they came to install door, new door was the wrong size and was told it would take 6 - 8 weeks to get new door. They reordered the door and they finally came November 17th to install door and they had the incorrect molding for the door. I was told correct molding would be delivered to Champion that same week. I do like the look of the windows; however, thermal quality and street noise is not what I expected.
Salesman Made promises that were not kept final approval was made by the salesman not me the customer.
They didn't finish the job yet was calling it complete if I hadn't mention about wrapping up the exterior wood portion casing around window.
I’m undecided on this until our sliding glass door is corrected. The one sent opened from the wrong side and another had to be ordered. 12-14 week delivery??? Seems should be expedited. 🤨 Also, one window missing a screen!
You have not completed installation that began in April. One window arrived damaged and has yet to be replaced.
