When there is a problem with an item there needs to be a lot better communication from Champion Windows.
They don't do things on time. They don't contact you and don't keep you updated as to the status of the building getting built. If I wanted to know anything, I had to contact them.
They need to communicate with the customers more effectively.
The product was great! The service was poor. Salesman would not respond to my calls or texts following the initial installation. The Manage came out several weeks later and again did not make contact (call) as he stated he would. It has been over a month and still no follow-up from the manager or original salesperson office.
