They need to communicate with the customers more effectively.
The product was great! The service was poor. Salesman would not respond to my calls or texts following the initial installation. The Manage came out several weeks later and again did not make contact (call) as he stated he would. It has been over a month and still no follow-up from the manager or original salesperson office.
The quality of the windows was great but getting what you ordered was not.
I wouldn't recommend them because of what I went through.
I am disappointed that it took three attempts, causing a six week overrun.
