Our last order/transactions with Champion have been a disaster. We ordered in Feb 2021 & still awaiting completion with ordered items. Also, warrantied items (2) are still pending!

We still have ongoing issues that haven't been resolved and this is the second time we spoke to them about it. This is interfering with my work schedule and it's frustrating. They asked for the payment and it was paid in full. But the work wasn't done correctly and I can't move onto the next project until it's done. It's the materials we are having problems with.

There is still a problem that this office has not been back to complete or fix the problem. Water seeping through the cement. Until this is fixed, i can not give a good rating. They are suppose to complete everything, not leave a problem wide open and not finished.In my opinion, there rating is zero * star. There is no excuse for the job not to be totally completed.
