When I called Champion they were going to send somebody out, and at that point we wanted a rushed job; we wanted them to start immediately. They checked with everybody to see if they could pull it off, and they went above and beyond. They went above and beyond to get the color choices I wanted, and to start when I wanted. I would recommend Champion Windows of Milwaukee. When I noticed a flaw in the window they quickly ordered me a new one. They are doing the best job they can.
We couldn't be more happier for what they have done for us. They have put the best sun porch out in the back of our house. They have done the most beautiful windows in our bedroom. We recommend them to all of our friends.
Champion put in our sunroom more than 10 years ago. Based on our experience with Champion then we had no reservations about choosing Champion for our windows. Great customer service through the office. Great customer service through the installation process. Installation crew went above and beyond what I expected. A superior product at a fair price.
Actually, I scheduled installation for May 1st, 2012, and when such fine weather arrived earlier than expected in Milwaukee I asked if we could "bump-up" the installation date. Champion Windows pleasantly surprised me with a proposed scheduling one week hence. That was better than I'd hoped for! I loved the plastic barrier screen they set up to keep debri from falling onto my heirloom Oriental rugs when working to remove the nearly 100 yr/old windows! Great job!
We had a very positive experience. The whole staff was wonderful and courteous. We ended up with a great product and we would definitely recommend Champion for all your home needs.

Was total Screw up from day one name and address wrong. I had to call to get the measure started when he came he wanted money. We owed nothing took them weeks to order the as soon as ordered wanted more money was disappointed from all the half truths and runarounds with staffing issues from Milwaukee
