I purchased four windows, and they are all damaged, scuffed, or the wrong kind of glass. With respect to the installation of the windows, there were stains on the vinyl. I ordered white vinyl and they are a black stain. I don't know if it was a transport issue from my installer, but they are all dinged and scuffed. They said it was not that bad, but I paid $2,000. They said to try some bleach water.

After contracting to have our window job done it took almost four months to get a return phone call after leaving six messages with the salesman that sold me and my wife the windows. After finally getting in contact with the new regional sales manager we learned the financing paperwork was messed up and the final price would be $3,000 more then what we were promised to be approved for.
