Salesman said would be 7 day project once materials were in, well it was a six week project , poor communication with project manager, only 2 of contractors worked for Champions all others outsourced. I guess we assumed it would be finished with lattice or dirt around deck, well they charged extra and had to come back to do. While the installers were great, the sales experience was not great. Was told 8-10wks for manufacturing, sales ended up missing a window, took forever to get addendum taken care of for the missed window then took an additional 6-8wks to complete the entire order. I had to hunt down people for answers about what was going on and half the time my inquiries were ignored.

A couple of screens were damaged from the shop, the storm door also is damaged from delivery. Half of the screens need to be redone at the corners, large gaps for bugs to enter. I am hoping for a new storm door to replace the damaged one .

The crew came earlier than was expected, which caught us a little off guard. As a result, there was a delay in my being able to open the gate. One of them was a smoker and commented that I arrived just as he was lighting up, and how that always seemed to be the case, as if it were inconvenient for him or that he lost out on a cigarette. He often smelled of smoke throughout the morning, as if he couldn't go back to the truck without taking a drag. 5 out of my 6 windows are loose on the corners and feel like they will fall in. The 1 window that is not like that is very hard to open

Your worker cut my power line to the septic tank and did not tell anyone, which caused me to pay $150 to have it examined. The building manager Rick told me the wrong final total and later came asking for more money. The windows were not sealed before "completion" causing water damage. The roof leaked into my home while construction took place. I had no warning of when the electric would be put in, they just showed up and said give us access and the fan to install. I have alerted customer service and have yet to get a reply.
