Poor communication, unprofessional install team and office; everyone works in a silo and tells me my questions can only be answered by another team member and my problems are not their responsibility. The windows
I have a complaint filed with green sky financial. Never signed completion job certificate for front door. Cause storm screen door not installed. Someone lifted signature or had someone at bar sign name. Sent green sky proof we did not sign in Tex communication to salesman and installer agreed we should not sign . And we did not sign job is not done… champion got paid when job is not done.. something fishy is going on..
At this point, I will not recommend Champion to anyone. There have been many disappointing aspects to the experience we've had, although, the project is not yet complete. I would, however, recommend the carpenter and electricians that were sub-contracted.
Nothing has ever happened in a timely manner and all aspects have been extremely late. Communication is severely lacking.
It has been 7 months installed and still not completed. No excuse for this.
