Incorrect trim was installed and hasn’t been replaced yet. The top of the door jam was completely unleveled. I showed the installer and he told me that my house is unleveled. I showed him that the door is level, why can’t the top door jam be level. He fixed it after I put the level tool on the door. The plastic is still on my door hinges even after we asked the worker to take them off. Huge scratch that keeps getting bigger because they haven’t fixed the off centered strike plate.

They measured my windows wrong so they had to reorder two out of the three windows they measured. They never completed the repairs of previous installed patio door.

Took a long time to get my doors, failed to measure one of my doors correctly, had to wait almost 3 more months for the next one, and I didn't get my first door fully installed, now waiting to get it finished yet. Absurd.

Measurement and instal issues, was called by campion about install and I told her of my issues she said she would pass that on and my phone has been silent like they don’t give a darn!!!
Having our sunroom replaced by Champion has resulted in 6 month long nightmare which still isn't over because of yet to be completed work including the replacement of a leaking window and work to pass inspection by the building inspector. It started with the incomplete removal of our old sunroom which caused me to have to pay their sub-contractor an additional $3,500 to complete the job of removal.
