Since having my windows installed I have learned first hand Champion does NOT stand behind their guarantee. We have one window with issues and instead of fixing it they are dicking us around. I will not use them again when we get ready to do the balance of our windows. Shame cause their sales guy Steven was great. We spent a lot of money on our 10 windows and I wont buy from them again.
The pandemic delayed the construction, BUT the communication between Champion and us was poor to say the least. We had to make repeated calls to find out the status of our start date and the permits. As of date, we still have not had the final electrical inspection.
Trying to resolve order error.
Third party installers made a mess and scratched up the window frames.
Completed work quickly, substandard materials, worksite left a mess, siding damaged, not repaired until we complained, STILL have 11 cracked rungs on the stairs, and 1cracked post. We know eventually things will crack, but, we don't want to start out pre damaged. We are paying too much money to be satisfied with that. People slow to respond to service requests. Not good.
My windows were difficult and while the installer did a good job I cannot lift out the windows without great difficulty had a Tech out here to look, basically said that's the way these windows are.
Almost a year and l'm still waiting for s window installrion. Lies lies and more lies! I would not recommend your business to anyone.
