Our experience was a nightmare! Only had 3 windows replaced and each window had issues. Installers had to be corrected for each. First window was not put in level and very noticeable from the inside, had to make installer look at it from the inside to show him or it would not have been corrected. Bay window was not put in correctly as there was a half inch gap on the inside between the wall and the inside trim wood. Not after the experience we had.
I purchased four windows, and they are all damaged, scuffed, or the wrong kind of glass. With respect to the installation of the windows, there were stains on the vinyl. I ordered white vinyl and they are a black stain. I don't know if it was a transport issue from my installer, but they are all dinged and scuffed. They said it was not that bad, but I paid $2,000. They said to try some bleach water.
I was taken advantage of. Plain and simple.
Not after the horrible experience we went through.
