It was the worst experience ever. I can’t believe the number of issues.
We were lead to believe that we would have a new storm doors for both our front and back doors. The front door did get installed however the installer put the hardware on upside down and tried to tell us it was correct only to have a second installer fix it. Our back door was measured incorrectly twice by your measuring team. We were told then there were no doors that would fit our opening. That’s interesting since we had a door on it previously. I was very disappointed with Champion Windows of Milwaukee.
I had very poor service. I may take action against Champion Windows of Milwaukee.
My 2-day installation took over three months. It's still not quite done, it's definitely not completed to my satisfaction. I would not want my friends and family to go through the same hassle.
We placed an order for four replacement windows with Champion Windows on May 11, 2021. After numerous calls and complaints about the delay, the installation date was set for early November. After the windows were first installed, the installer informed us that the screens were not included and that he would have to return to bring the screens and finish the caulk.
