Windows are cheaply made. Have holes in screens not even a week after installation
After contracting to have our window job done it took almost four months to get a return phone call after leaving six messages with the salesman that sold me and my wife the windows. After finally getting in contact with the new regional sales manager we learned the financing paperwork was messed up and the final price would be $3,000 more then what we were promised to be approved for. Two of the windows are missing pieces!
Installation was not good, had to have someone come back out and they have been there 5 times and it is still not correct. I have already told friends that were looking for windows, Do Not Use Champion!
