Crew arrived 2.5 hours early; left mid morning while I was briefly away and didn't come back until next day. Siding materials were not delivered on first day while crew was here; crew comprised of four guys took from Monday to the next Monday to install siding on 1st story of house. A couple of days they didn't show up at all; once or twice worked a half day. Windows are nice, but the instal took 3 weeks, when it was only supposed to be 2 days. Called to speak to a manager and of course did not got a return phone call. Pretty much only care about getting your money and not how the customer feels. The window prices are not cheap and customer service would have been nice.

I would just say the quality wasn't what I expected and the installation too, they tried to recognize the problem.

We were very clear at the time we purchased the windows, because of COVID, that anyone who came to install them had to wear a mask. The person who came to install the windows, when he was ready to come in, was told he had to put on a mask. He refused. He stated he told Champion he would never and wear a mask. The man did not, then took our windows we paid for and left. We had to go through the issue of calling the company, which a delayed our installed because he did not put on a mask.

had no problems with old gutters, wife wanted another color as we are going to paint the house, since installation, 3 times had repairs done to them, still not correct, and now i have water pouring from the back, and the end caps of the gutters, had nothing like this with previous gutters, for my piece of mind a waste of over 5,700. 2 times in the past week, massive rain, and massive leaks all over, definately not pleased!!!!!!!!

I feel like they didn't keep their word with the terms and agreements that we made when I signed the initial contract. They were supposed to be done with the project in September 2020, but they didn't get to it until June 2021. Then, when they finally did the project, they contracted out all the work. So, what I so what I thought I was purchasing, I didn't get in the final product.
