Will not recommend to anyone. The stress of this project was not worth the hassle. We were assured Champion was local. Milwaukee isn’t.
Years ago, Champion Windows would come right out and it was clean and done properly. Now it's taken over a year to get my problem solves.
I would never recommend Champion of Milwaukee to anyone, it has been over 10 months since we signed our contract for a new picture window and we have had installation crews out at least 4 times and still do not have a satisfactory finished product installed. The customer service department is non-existent and won't return any communications.
Champion Windows Customer Service has been absolutely dismal. It took us over 8 months to get our windows installed and, when I called, I could never get ahold of anyone. I left AT LEAST a dozen voice mail messages and nobody ever responded to them. The only way I could get anyone to pay attentio...
I will not be recommending Champion Windows to anyone.
We ordered our windows and waited almost a year and some months to have these installed. They were supposed to be installed in october and they came in january with two days notice. the installers had to contact their supervisor because they did not have the tools to put them in. we froze our buts off and they truly did not seem to care, I would NEVER RECOMMEND this company to anyone!
