I am having trouble getting the windows clean.
Installation went smoothly and in a very professional manner. However, although this crew were great, they are NOT Champion Employees. They are sub-contractors, and a subject I talked about with the salesman. I received a release of lien which annoyed me, since I had already agreed to have Champion draw against my account. Too much to go into here, but definitely NOT what I would have agreed to.
There were lapses in the schedule where there were 2 weeks that went by where I did not know what was going on. I think this could have been prevented with a little more planning.
We had Champion do our front windows about five years ago and then we had them back to do all new windows in our house, except the bathroom. The previous two experiences were great and we felt we received excellent value and workmanship. This last installation was a bit of a circus. If this had been my first experience with Champion I don't think I would be a repeat customer.
Would not recommend. Look elsewhere. Poor service and customer service. Customer has to clean up after work done.
