Terrible experience. Lost paperwork, missed order, damaged or wrong doors, poor install of temporary and wrong opening door that led to leaks in basement.
Our experience with Champion has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. We were told that our project would be a 2.5-3 day job maximum (which they did find rotted wood so that should’ve added only 1 day) but we are currently in week 7 and our project is still unfinished with no expected completion date established. My concern was that the installers were not aware that my existing window framing was white. The framing for the windows were a natural color and I had to contact another contractor to paint the framing white.
Would never recommend, never communicated; hard to get a hold of someone; and the person who took the measurements had no clue what he was doing.
They did not show for the scheduled appointment and did not call, and once arriving the windows were the wrong size and had to be redone.
I was pretty excited to have Champion windows and siding. They way the things have turned out has been a real nightmare. I am really dissatisfied with some installation work and the service. It was just horrible!
