I had Champion Windows install in the past ,with no problem all done quietly and quickly. The 2 that came to mine home were polite. But I found them slow. I am judging this on past experience with installation by Champion. But in the past I used Champion of Madison. Then when I thought the work was done , I heard a crash and when i turn around I saw a leg of one of the two men has when thru my ceiling. Later damage was found in another room. The last couple of experiences have been unpleasant. One of the windows failed and I had to pay a $99 service fee to fix it. It is a lifetime guarantee but I had to pay for it.
Champion WINDOWS are good. I am not yet sure on the lasting quality of the siding and the service I received from them is crap so I will not be using Champion for this house or any other in the future.
The administration needs to be more responsive to the customers.
Measuring and delivery problems.
I think they are a great company, but need to have their staff looked at closer. As soon a as the gentleman heard my voice he hung up every time.
