Work took three times longer to complete than promised, and they were very poor at sharing their information or returning calls.
This is because of the difficulty we had with communication and timeliness.

Several years ago we purchased a large amount of windows for the upper level or our home. Everything was perfect, timely and completed as promised. In April of this year we order three small windows to complete all the windows of the house. No one followed to let us know what was going on, we called sales on three separate occasions, finally we were told by Mr Charles someone came out and measured while we were out. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever had. I was promised a short turn around date for my product that turned into 2 months of waiting. They were suppose to come and measure within 2 days of my purchase they got here 3 weeks later. ZERO communication from the Nashville office and you have to call corporate and they get someone an email and you may or may not get a call back. NOT COOL it was a nightmare. Would not recommend. No one answers the phone at the office. Calls rarely returned. Numerous messages went unanswered. Timelines promised were way off and the communication was horrendous. Even had to call the corporate office a few times to find out how to get someone to respond. I’ve never had such a poor experience with company response like I had with Champion. The company seemed very unorganized and they don’t even communicate with themselves.
I’m very upset with the Nashville office they never got back to me no one talked to me but the people in Ohio and they took my name and number 5 or 6 times no one called me back this went on for almost two weeks. Then someone from the Corporate Office called me after I said I was going too the news media to get me to get a call back 15 mins got a call from the district manger said he just was told of the problem he has taken care of the problem so far.
When it takes 4 months to do what should have been done in less than 4 weeks, I would not recommend Champion to anyone.
