My NIGHTMARE began Sept.22,2016. Two months later,I had not received shutters. Contacted finance company,GreenSky, regarding paying for product not received;6-9 weeks was time frame. I spoke with Keith,Todd,Erin, all in Nashville.Was given name,Summer, & number for Cincinnati,OHIO where shutters are made.She was of little help other than" I wasn't aware of this." I finally awoke from my nightmare on Feb.2,2017 to have the last pair of shutters installed by Roy,from the Huntsville,AL Champion store.
Stephen did not follow through with his professionalism. I expected good quality attention. I am a very picky person. He made all those promises and he never returned my calls and he never came back to check on my problems. The ordering process was long. They got it wrong the first time. It was not done in the timeframe they said. There was consistent things that were wrong and I didn't have anybody to go to complaint except TJ but it wasn't his problem.
