I felt Champion Windows was very professional. The quality of the room overall is exceptional. Champion Windows did what they said they would do. I was very satisfied.
Our window wasn't installed in a timely manner as promised. The window was overpriced and we were overcharged. The straw that broke the camel's back was that the Regional Manager refused to talk with us. We fully intend to contact the home office in Ohio.
I'm very disgusted with Champion in that I was not informed about the delay in getting my windows and waiting 5 1/2 hours for them to get installed!!!!!!!! That is no way to treat your customers!!!!! Again I feel VERY strongly that I should be compensated for the reasons above.
I believe that Champion Windows, by far, should be the number one company in all of Tennessee because of the quality of their windows is far superior to anything you will find. I would recommend them to everyone.
They were very knowledgeable and competitive in heir pricing, and that was a big sell at customer service. Everyone that I deal with throughout the whole process was professional and courteous and they took care of all my concerns. I was very pleased with the work, and I wish I had known about them before replacing our previous windows.
Champion Windows of Nashville is a great product at a great price. The sales team at Champion Windows of Nashville was friendly and were very professional.
Their performance from the sales to the completion was very satisfactory. I enjoyed talking with the people as they worked. The outcome and results were perfect.
I was most satisfied with the fact that when I replaced my windows, they were made to be functional and lowered my electric bill. My electric bill went from $360 to $95. Champion Windows of Nashville blew more insulation into the attic and installed a new heat and air system.
Champion Windows is a quality company to work with and they meet or exceed your expectations. The product that they install is done so in a professional manner. When they are finished it is a product that will increase the value of your home.
