Ms. Redline seemed to know her product but did not know how to fill her order sheet right so l am stuck with Windows I did not ask for and my neighbors are upset with me. I did not know that I needed to know how to fill out the order sheet.
I do not recommend Champion Windows of Raleigh because of its poor services. Their survey crew was careless and inattentive. Some windows we ordered came back wrong three times from the manufacturer. Unacceptable poorly managed services.
I like the window but I don't like how they did it. I won't recommend them to anyone. It is a bait and switch tactics. They should be clear on how much things cost.
I think the window is a quality product. I feel confident in its manufacturing and in its warranty. The installation leaves a lot to be desired. Bare minimum was done and extra touches of craftsmanship were non existent. I believe the installation team were not sufficiently trained or supervised. The team to install were prompt, kind to my family, willing to explain what they were doing when I asked questions, but they were not thorough and gave the impression that going the extra mile was not on their radar.
