Had a siding/gutter job done on my house: quality of product used is very good. Sub contractors doing the actual install are also good- could do better at keeping site clean but made good effort after job done and, in truth, my home and landscape did not lend to very tidy work site. The quality of materials was good for the price however we experienced serious problems with the implementation of the contract. The district office needed a shake up starting at the top.
The product that Champion Windows of Raleigh/Durham offers is very good, but I am not satisfied with time it has taken for them to complete the job.
Never work with this company. They do not keep their word. No matter what design you give them, they make their own. What we saw and decided on what exactly the opposite of what Champion tried to install. My husband had to do the job himself.
We were satisfied with the service overall, however their was no onsite visits by the Project Manager after the initial pre-installation visit, and PM subsequently resigned from the company prior til job completion causing eventual service confusion. Among other service-related errors, Champion installed panels in our Sunroom that did not match our house color without informing us that we'd be responsible for painting the panels.
