I was unhappy that they didn't wash the windows after they left.
They should learn to communicate better - not the installation crew, they were perfect. When things get delayed, it would be nice to let the customer know instead of not doing anything and waiting for me to have to call.
They installed something that wasn't what I asked for and no one has contacted me since.
Before now, yes. Now...not so much. We used them over 10 years ago for windows and we were very pleased. This time around, I feel like there was no representative from Champion to manage the work. I feel like it was subcontracted out to a group of people. It left a bitter taste in my mouth.
