Champion Windows was great at all the initial things, finishing my bay and garden Windows, setting up an appointment, but the crew botched closing two different wires together for my old window security alarm, so I had to pay extra to get that fixed, they STOLE my old Windows after I specifically said to leave them under my carport, I was told they decided that it wasn't salvageable, but I'm pretty sure that is my decision. Champion was the most expensive of all the quotes that I received and yet I chose them anticipating superior quality and service. I was extremely disappointed with the quality and workmanship that I received. The roofers bent my gutter with their ladder. A large portion of the roofing is crooked which can't be seen from the road but it just shows they weren't paying attention. Attention to details were very poor, and no one was paying attention to what they were doing. I had no problem with the installation crew, but I did have issues with the salesman and project manager. The entire office just does not pay attention and are not working for you. They only work for themselves, and you are going to make a mistake if you do business with this particular office. The experience was awful.
They need to come back and fix my yard, it's really making me upset.
The work was done piecemeal. It was not well organized.
I can not in good faith recommend Champion based on my most recent experience. As return customers, we were highly disappointed with the installation process. This experience did not meet the expectations we had when we think of Champion.
After it was all said and done, they offered my husband a $300 discount for our inconvenience, which he accepted. It was not that I wanted more money, I just wanted them to understand that it could have been handled so differently. It didn't have to be a money thing, that there was an order error. It was just the customer service from the point of finding the mistake to the actual date of installation.
