We purchased all new windows for our entire house, as well as 2 patio door replacements. Champion absolutely fell short with the delivery and installation. After the initial appointment where measurements were taken, we never heard anything back. The installers were late and did not have all of the correct windows. On two occasions when I took off work and the installers were to come, they never showed up. I discovered later they were fired which leaves me with little confidence in their workmanship. Now, less than a month after the job was "done", it turns out at least one of the vinyl caps was not sized and installed correctly and an opening has formed under the window. I am very dissatisfied with my experience. I went with Champion Windows of Raleigh because of financing. The salesperson said there would not be any payments or interest for one year. Later I found out there is no interest for one year, but payments will have to be made. The job has taken way longer than what I was told. He told me the usual timeframe was five weeks, but they could get it done in three weeks. A NIGHTMARE !!!!!!!!!!!! The wrong materials on site , NO on job site supervisor but me the owner . Had to stop work twice due to not replacing bad wood , they thought they wood go over the bad wood . A lot of damage to our home , Facia , soffet , even our truss supports were broken off due to SLAMMING the bundles of shingles on roof . To say nothing of the CREW peeing in my yard , CORONA bottle caps . A 10:30 lunch break , got here at 8:00 . No understanding of ENGLISH .

Champion's product quality is excellent. Their scheduling is unreliable and their delivery of the product ordered is also unreliable. Their response when presented with the fact that they have not delivered on time and not delivered what was ordered is complete and utter silence. You are told for two months, "Well, the factory hasn't gotten back to us yet."

Previously I had Champion add a sunroom addition on to the house in place of a deck as well as replace all the original windows and vinyl siding that had been used when building the house just 11 years earlier. Original windows were of poor quality and lacked insulating enhancements. I also had Champion back a few years later to shingle the sunroom, and that was done decently as well. I'd give them -1000000. They called a few weeks ago and asked to take more money off of the credit card. That's just ridiculous. I'm going to post as many things on the internet as I can. I have tons of pictures. Even my neighbors have complained. They are all talking about them, too. No one will contact me to get this resolved.
