I would like to rate this a 2.5. There was not follow up after installation. There is some trash and I found some caulking gaps and I went around caulking the window.
We have used Champion Windows several times. We had 25 replacement windows installed in our rental house. They did a beautiful job and did just as well with the doors.
My replacement door was an exceptional value and installed professionally
