Poor customer service from main office. If a person had a storm or had broken windows you would wait forever to get them fixed. No communication from office for wait times etc.

Builders and contractors were great to work with, my salesman and front office were a nightmare. It always took several attempts to get ahold of anyone with questions I had, salesman came back multiple times to change the contract because what he sold me apparently wasn’t what was available. If I had to do it all over again I’d go with a different company. From start to finish is was a constant barrage of forced changes and shenanigans. I was looking forward to having Champion install our windows after SEVERAL other disappointing companies came and went. It turns out this company is the same as all the rest. Typical bait and switch tactics.
