We arrived 50 minutes before closing, it felt like we were rushed through our entire meal.

I reserved a table well in advance of Valentine's Day, said it was for a special occasion for a group of 4, I requested a table, not booth. The table they tried to give us was in the very back dark corner of the bar. Needless to say, I refused. they then showed us to a booth, which is specifically what I asked not to have. I had been to Charbonos dozens and dozens of times and it has always been an excellent meal however that took a drastic turn on Saturday January 25th 2025. We made reservations to go out for my birthday dinner and have a nice meal and I always look forward to their filet mignon. It seemed a very loud this time and the service was efficient but slow. It was very expensive as we had a entree and a salad and a coke and the bill was over $60

It was to cold. I saw one family where they all had coats on while they were eating
The food is usually good there. Made a reservation for our anniversary, they put us in the middle of the restaurant, ultra bright lit and heavy foot traffic area. When we asked to move it was to opposite side next to the bar… which was super loud and just as brightly lit, not great for date nights or celebrating an anniversary. Entrees were very good. Salad was excellent but sides could use more imagination. Orzo was so-so. Asparagus good. The "dip" for bread was awful, greasy, and a small drop stained and ruined dress! A good olive oil and balsamic would have been better.
