Terrible service and average food. Based on previous reviews, I was very disappointed. This is a place to skip.
We made a reservation for our anniversary. Got seated right away and then no one even acknowledged or made eye contact with us for over 15 minutes. The server in the section could have very easily just said I’ll be right with you. Perhaps the hostess could have served water after seating us to help the server out if they were busy. There were multiple standing at the hostess stand including what appeared to be a manager and another server. Everything was great besides the steak. It was extremely burnt on the outside. The inside of the steak was ok. Neither one of us could eat more than a couple bites of the steak.

Servier was horrible, steaks were not cooked the way we ordered them. One was raw, two were overcooked and dry. We had them take back one steak to put back on the grill, it did not return until all of us had ate all of our steak dinners. We spent $220.00 and the food and experience was not a good one. We also ate there back in June and thought the experience was good until we had left were extremely over charged for items we did not order or receive. Waiter not very attentive. Never asked for drink refills. We had water tea and wine and not one time asked if wanted more. I ordered Snapper,he said good choice. Got food he asked how it was. I said over cooked and dry. He never replied back a response or addressed with management. It will be my last time there.
Do not order the vegetable ravioli as the filling was very mushy
The service was incredibly slow. Took 15 minutes to get a class of wine and a beer. Another 10 minutes to get the last bar drink. Soup course came out at 2 different times for outer table, 10 minutes apart. Asked for sweetener for the tea, that took two more requests and 10 minutes. An employee spilled water on the table then just sad sorry, and left it. We finally were given a towel to clean it up ourselves. Had to prebus our own table. Slow, overcooked, waiter used profanity. Won’t be back for a while - we went because of new menu options. This used to be a great restaurant. No longer impressed. Needs a change of management I would say.

Ordered pizza. It was the greasiest pizza I’m ever had. Grease dripped from the slice of pizza as I raised toward my mouth.
