Took the gentleman helping the hostess 30min to figure out how to seat 9 people. We ordered 2 chicken Parmesan and chicken was way over cooked and couldn’t eat it. Waitress was fantastic!

Many of the items that had been on the menu for years were no longer available. The food that came out was good, but tiny portions (especially compared to past service. The waitress was good and the atmosphere was the same, but the food was just not what it used to be. Probably won't make the trip back to Avon to go again.
Waitress didn’t give our table much attention never got refill on drinks, food was cold.
Our first time visiting. Food was meh. Mash potatoes were dry. Filet had a huge tendon running through it. Asparagus was meh at best. Save money and avoid the bourbon street. Maybe 3oz of chicken and 2 shrimp. Would come back to try other items on the menu. Enjoyed the atmosphere and our services was decent.
We had reservations for 2-14-23 at 6:30 pm. It wasn't very busy, lots of open tables and of those occupied it appeared many already had their food. It was cold in the restaurant which didn't help any. Actually, one of the staff was wearing her black down filled winter jacket while working if that gives you an idea of how cold it was in there. We were a group of 6. Two ordered the steak medallions with lobster risotto. Neither liked the risotto and one said her steak was over cooked. One had filet with baked potato. The steak was fine but the potato tasted liked it had been sitting under a warmer. Two had fish (one salmon and one snapper). Also cooked too long and dried out. The bread wasn’t very good. We are frequent diners at Charbonos and Boulder Creek and have never been so disappointed.

We had never eaten at this restaurant as part of the CRG - it appears older. We were seated in a booth in the bar area - there was an opening in the wall that let in quite a bit of cold air from the lobby area. Our server was very friendly but the service was a little slow & the food was fair.
Food was burnt, took a long time to get food. Server was not good.

We had a reservation for 7:30 but had to wait 20 minutes for our table. It took 45 minutes for our food to arrive after we ordered. The food is great but the service was pretty poor. This caused us to rush through our dinner and take our deserts home as we were running very late for another event for my daughters birthday. I’ll chose another place next time.
