Hi Jay, We are sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your time with us. We noticed you wanted to add another night during your stay but we were already full. You didn't mention any issues to our desk staff during your stay so we are amiss as to where we let you down.

Poor Rooms were fine but small. Pics make it look like you have an outside balcony. The balcony is a walkway where people are always passing by and hanging out. They only give you one chair and it's not very private. Room was clean and in decent shape.

Will never stay here again! Where do I start? The room that we stayed in the bed was so firm it felt like you were sleeping on a boxspring. There was constantly rift raft outside, people smoking potand Children screaming until 2 AM.The room was clean but anything metal was rusted. The room we stayed in the toilet was about a foot to the ground.you were almost worried you were going to fall over when you sat down. Hi Megan, We wish you had mentioned these issues during your stay as we thought you were happy when you extended from staying Wednesday and Thursday to include Friday. We take extensive notes to ensure quality and these issues were not found. I can assure you we have 0 tolerance for drug use or excessive rowdiness. We are proudly not a party hotel.
