Not worth the money Parking for the price you have to pay to stay you should not have to worry about leaving and coming back and not having a place to park !! Also the beds are like sleeping on a brick . To be honest I wanted to leave after the first day . Will not go back Location

Thank you for the feedback Donna. We have parking for every room on property. There is plenty of parking in the back of the hotel, had you asked we would've gladly pointed, we don't have issues with over parking at our hotel. :) Beds are also standard Serta queen mattresses replaced frequently.

Great location but room was very small and not clean. Room was not very clean. Found hairs all over bathroom, black mold covering the sides on the refrigerator door, stains on the blankets and shower curtains. Many gnats in the room and an ant crawling on us in bed. Good location right on the beach and close to boardwalk.

Thank you for the feedback Pia. We are known for across the street from the beach, one of a handful with direct ocean views. We do have a thorough cleaning procedure include a double-check from our head of housekeeping so if this is true, we are truly sorry. I can assure there is no Black Mold on property. There may be some stains on the caulking around the bathroom or fridge that is changed seasonally, but we are rented too frequently during July & August to address those stains intra season. Would not recommend at all. Wish i could get my money back Rooms filthy, not cleaning them because of Covid, had to go down and ask for towels everyday, beds small and hard. Dirty sheets in between doors for joining rooms. Overall disgusting. Very dirty outdated and small. Would not recommend.

Hi Joseph, Thank you for your feedback. Our rooms are consistently rated as the cleanest in Seaside. We have our head of housekeeping use an antimicrobial spray to combat COVID after every stay, followed by a deep clean, then another final check by our head of housekeeping prior to check-in. We take cleanliness very seriously. We use clean towels between adjoining rooms when they are not rented together to muffle sounds. Beds are standard Serta Mattress Queens. Maids come by rooms daily with towels and paper.

One word DISGUSTING The place was filthy. No maid service there were towels stuffed on the floor between the adjoining rooms I guess too muffle sound. The mattress was old and lumpy. There was garbage everywhere on the property. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I travel a lot I was truly disgusted Nothing

Hi Robin, Thank you for the feedback. Maid service during stays has been cut due to social distancing for COVID-19. We clean the motel top to bottom every day and during the day and are consistently rated as the cleanest Motel in Seaside. If there was garbage around it's only when maids are cleaning checkouts and will be there for 20-30 mins. If you are used to Hilton's and Marriotts then I agree, we are different. :) Seaside may not be your cup of tea, we are a small shore community filled with mom & pop businesses.

The worst nightmare ever!!!! They messed up our reservation and the hotel looks nothing like the pictures. A TOTAL SCAM The manager and her family are nothing but rude. We were not the only guest who felt this way or had to find another location to complete our stay due to their scamming ways.

Hi Kenneth, The great thing about Booking.com is you can change your reservation from their site or app. The bad thing about Booking.com is you HAVE to change your reservation from their site or app. When you called us to change your reservation after booking we told you as such. Learning moment: Hotels can't change your reservation on your behalf folks, if you book with booking, you must change on booking. :)

Unprofessional Staff & Poor Building How unprofessional the staff was, waited 20 minutes to check in. Two ladies working, one on the phone with what seems like a friend, the other talking over you and not listening to anything you’re saying. This lady didn’t even realized we booked on booking.com and charged us the full amount... when we went to address the problem she talked over us and said it was just a hold. We went back later on and turns out it was her mistake. Very rude and should be more attentive to visitors concern... read more

You checked in at 3 pm. The day desk clerk stayed after her shift to help with the long line of check ins. Between the two clerks, they were able to get everyone in by 3:15 pm. The desk clerk was on the phone with me, the owner, regarding another guest. I apologize for the mistake with the credit card which was corrected.

Disappointing Location of our room facing the parking lot. No microwave and no hair dryer. Close to the beach

We are sorry you were disappointed in your room. We dont advertise having hair dryers and microwaves in the rooms, and they are both uncommon for the area.

Horrible It was a horrible experience. We couldn’t sleep the whole night, it’s a noisy place and not so clean. There was trash right outside our room from the previous guests. The guests above and next door were extremely noisy and disrespectful. It’s no value for money. Just horrible! Room is super small and so is the bathroom!! Got tricked into booking by looking at the pictures. We had to checkout the next day and we went to another hotel near by. Will not recommend this place to anyone!!! Not applicable!!!!

We also allowed you to check in much earlier than checkin while our maids were working to clean the hotel to our new covid standards which include full sanitization, deep cleaning with extra attention to high touch areas, and being checked by our head of house keeping.
