I was at the side door , the driver pulled up and I said hold up. As I came to the front door, the driver pulled off. So I downloaded Lyft which I don’t do. But I’ll stick with them. That was rude.
Never arrived
They NEVER showed up! Called dispatch the lady was rude! I see now why cabs are becoming extinct. Very poor VERY POOR customer service. Will never call them ever again!

By stop trying to cheat the customer. My experience was awful when I arrived at my destination the driver told me I didn't need to see the meter..
