The driver didn't know where he was going he didn't listen when I was telling him where to go kept missing the turn cause he wasn't focusing plus he didn't have his meter showing.

First and foremost, you refer to me as "Api". Which means you clearly get your customers confused or mixed up daily! Punctuality is a big part of why I scheduled a ride 24 hours in advance and still was disappointed. DO BETTER!!
