No one ever showed. Called 5 times and still nothing.
I called waited a hour the driver pulled up pulled off after saying he arrived never showed up the second time poor experience

I have NO complaints against the Driver or the Trip. The wait for a CAB has been horrible. The wait time dates way back. I can count on 1 hand the times a Checker Cab has came in the last 2 yrs of per-sistently dealing w/ you all. Most of time I am 10 mins from Downtown. How is it NEVER a CAB in the area for hrs of having to keep calling in my request??? Every time I revisit your svcs I talk myself out of Uber/Lyft but EVERYBODY encourages me to switch for time sake (SO many inconveniences) & my safety.
I call for a cab the cab promise to come in 16 minutes then 10 minutes later the cab cancelled the ride for no reason causing me to pay my brother to go to work
