Called for cab to 4 E Alexandrine Street and they kept saying 40 e alexanderine which is the pharmacy next door. I don’t think that a person should wait an hour and a half for a cab. To me that’s poor business practice.
I made reservations 2 days in advance. I called the morning of my reservations transportation. Did not show app I had to cancel my Doctor's appointment which was very important. I will never give this service. It's a whole lot of b******* Very disappointed .
The cab never showed up I was stranded and I had to walk home
The driver you sent was ignorant and rude. He had the cab on $2.50 before we even got n the cab. Had to keep saying the same thing to him over and over again. He knew he was taking me to the bank and back home tried to make me pay him before I was done so he could leave us where he took us. I didn’t like him what so ever never send him back to my residence.
Ghe van that sent the ramp was too short for my motorized scooter. Had to reschedule a surgery.
Timing is everything, I waited a whole hour and 10minutes before I received my cab.
By starter’s when someone is calling for your can service you should get them service as quickly ss possible I had called twice but I still never received a cab and it was in the early morning hours and no one from checker cab company called back to if I ever received my cab service and because of this I sincerely hope I never have to rely on your company for a ride home or to any destination I may have to go to this truly bad customer service experience.
The driver took so long to come to hospital to pick me up in pain had to pay to get home ill never give you my business again
I saw the when up by the time I got to the door they had pulled off they didn’t even blow their horn or flash their lights I can’t tell you there name so I wondered up calling a lyfe
