Awful. The food was disgusting. Steak was overcooked to well done, when medium was requested. Seafood was fishy. The manager went to every table but ours to ask how the food was. I have never been so disappointed with a meal.
Our reservation was made advising the restaurant it was a special occasion and we wanted to be seated by the water, I guess they didn’t get the memo because we were seated at the employees lounge right in-front of the entrance, near the bar. For the ENTIRE evening, we were made privy to tabs being short, the manager arguing with wait staff very loudly over what was rung up and what wasn’t, not only was it unprofessional but it definitely changed the mood. I want start by saying that the food and drinks here were all pretty good. It was also nice that they offered happy hour, which included apps and drinks. The calamari, steamed clams, and sangria were very good. I had the fried chicken, which was okay, the jalapeño cornbread was good. Our waiter, Jamie, was also very nice and provided good service. The service was poor. The Chicken sandwich that I ordered was very dry and when they bussed the table I was never asked about my meal. The service was very slow and they sat us in an area that looks nothing like the reservation pictures. I would not eat here again and I would not recommend someone else to eat here either.

It was a prefix menu and for the money we spent the food was so so. The service was pretty slow also. Everyone was really nice but it was definitely disappointing

Horrible place!!! Ugly dinner, bad food, took 45minutes to get my Cesar salad and 1/2 to get a check to leave and was charge for an xtra plate on top of it. The only good thing was the view. Wish there was a better rating than poor to choose from!

I went for the view and was seated in the back and couldn’t see a thing. All windows were also covered with curtains. The food was nasty. A total waste of money.

While having dinner at Chelsea Tower the power went out. We were told that the food and drinks we had were going to be comp.... we were told that dinner would not be served as they had to close down. Before we left power came back on. We were told they were still shutting down! However, they sat a new couple next to us. So we questioned it. Then we were told they would give us our dinner. Food was good once we receive i however service was terrible. She brought the wrong salads and tried to pass them off as the salads that we ordered. We waited over an hour for the hot food. Sandwiches and pasta. Then our one dish was cold. We will not be going back. It was really horrible service we were very disappointed.
