We waited 15 minutes for the waitress and when she came over she said she forgot it was her station. We requested that the shrimp not to be over cooked, we winded up sending the food back. Lisa was our waitress. Horrible experience.
Even though we had a reservation they said that doesn’t guarantee us a table in the restaurant. They put us in trapped off area in the hallway heading into the restaurant. They also messed up our bill to the tune of over a $100.
Had a reservation for 8pm, was sat almost immediately which was great, but didn’t even receive water until 820, and waiter didn’t even stop at the table until 830 to tell us he’ll be with us shortly. 3 tables around us were seated after us and received bread and appetizers before we even received water. We also had to ask for bread for the table twice. Ordered a $42 filet (well done) that was served rare, and waitstaff didn’t not wait to confirm cooking style was accurate. DISASTER. Even w/comps from casino we were not pleased. The `prime rib special` as others have said was a small piece of roast beef on a plate.(the waiter later said I should have ordered the `end cut` its bigger-perhaps telling me a bug 6`4 guy that on ordering?)..The Filet my DW ordered was severely undercooked and took forever to get a refire.We refused comp drinks and bolted without finishing. We ate there last month and it was great this month was not very good. Something was off. The service was very poor. We waited a long time for anyone to even come to the table. When they finally came we ordered drinks and also our meal. 15 minutes later our drinks never came nor bread on the table. We mentioned it to the waitress and she said she didn’t know what was going on tonight. They finally brought our drinks and a bread basket but not our soup or salad. Our experience was a mixed bag. The food was very good and the bar selection excellent. However, there was one huge issue that brought down our overall experience. When our water was being poured, we all noticed large black floaters in the glasses. I immediately switched to Pelligrino to be safe, but the rest of the party got new waters. The French onion soup was cold the cheese on top wasn’t even melted steak had No flavor
Not happy with this place. They served me a NY strip steak that was boiled. You take a frozen steak and try to steam it to cook faster. That is terrible.

Apps were good. Main course was awful. We both had steaks (she had filet, I had strip). Both were cooked incorrectly and meat was extremely tough…like it was a low quality cut. Service was excellent. Will not go back…they try too hard to present themselves as a high-end restaurant, but have missed the mark.
