Absolutely horrible! We had reservations at 7:30 PM. We ordered our drinks and calamari which were served pretty much on time. However we only ordered hamburgers and a chicken sandwich at 9 PM we still have not received our food. We had the manager come over and he said he’s going to work on this he came back out and said that the food should be out shortly. We told him never mind and walked out of the restaurant. Our table was across from the server working area. Lots of traffic and dishes crashing made this seating area very industrial. Food was just a step above your best take out. Our waitress reminded me of a truck driver who had to make quick cash. She was pushy, dismissive and brutish. We have loved the Gastro pub many times before. Never over the top in any category. I hope our next experience makes me a believer again.

It was awful. Took my family here Saturday @ 5:30. I requested a table at the windows when I made the reservation but they could not accommodate us because those tables are set for twos. I asked about the table already seated at the window and was told “oh, that’s a table of six and you only have five in your party”???? Food was just meh. Meatloaf had no seasoning, barely ate any, spicy shrimp was so spicy it was inedible. The clam chowder & spring rolls were tasty though Pet peeve of mine, waitstaff complaining about how tired & busy they are. When he asked how we liked our food (seeing full plates) he just said "yes, he heard it before" didn't offer any compensation, not even a free dessert. The view as lovely, not going back. Very disappointed.

The food was just satisfactory, nothing special. My meal came out wrong and I had to wait quite a long time for another meal. By the time I did get my dinner, my husband was finished with his dinner. The service was adequate, but not great. Overall, I was disappointed and will not be returning to this restaurant.

This restaurant have been my favorite for years. We dine with them every weekend on the summer time. Food and some waitresses are fantastic, very expensive but really delicious. Yesterday, for firts time there was a very rude, and unprofessional hoster. AMBER, the name of that person who treated us very negative, she refuse give us a table 10 minutes before the reservation, she did not allow us to seat at the bar, she dont even welcome us, and she was only steering at us without saying a word and a very bad face. Don’t get a steak!! Ordered Medium. First received well done, then by the time the second one got there, my company was done eating. Cut into that second steak and it is RAW! Then without asking if we still even wanted a third, they came out with a third. Half of it was cooked right. They did end up comping the steak, but did end up charging for the individual side that came with the steak, which was pretty tacky. We did not have a good experience for numerous reasons! They did warn us that if we wanted a seat by the window that it would be cold, and they were correct. The problem was that something was wrong with our table and it tipped when I moved my chair in and the two glasses of ice water spilled all over me.
